Red wine 75 cl All the elegance of an illustrious Bordeaux ppellation : Graves. VARIETIES : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. TASTING : A garnet-red colour with purplish highlights surrounds this Graves Chteau Les Tourelles 2016 with a certain mystery and the elegance of Bordeaux. On the nose, cooked black fruit testifies to the sun that has caressed the vines for a long time. The palate is well-balanced, with harmonious tannins. A pleasant finish with notes of stewed fruit. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING : Red wines go well with meat dishes. It will also appreciate dishes in sauce from its native south-west, such as a cassoulet. DOMAINE : The estate was acquired by Jean Darriet in 1938, adding to a winegrowing heritage that dates back to 1798. The Darriet brothers acquired Chteau Moutin in the heart of the Graves appellation. They subsequently joined forces with the Debat family, and over the years have continued to build up a remarkable vineyard in the Bordeaux region.
